Stayed in the area for a few weeks due to work commitments and found the location of the establishment to be great. the lovely pub opposite offers a variety of tasty food and the Fairmile Chef & Brewer restaurant next door is ideal for a quick lunch. the room was clean and comfortable, with an ultra-quiet fan and a decent size bathroom. Free parking and tea and coffee in the room were nice touches.
No lifts at the establishment did make carrying luggage up to the room a bit of a hassle.

The hotel had a great breakfast and clean rooms that were perfect for a Christmas stay. the location was close to major attractions and was easy to get to. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing quick assistance when needed.
The neighboring pub created an unpleasant experience due to the amount of rubbish and noise pollution. the bar staff at the adjacent restaurant were rude and unprofessional, leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

This hotel is located in a forested area on the outskirts of town, which adds a nice touch of serenity to the overall ambiance. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are more than satisfactory. I particularly appreciated the presence of a fan in the room, as it ensured a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Additionally, the prices for a double bed and a normal single bed were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. The breakfast options, including the porridge, were a great addition to the overall value for money.

The hotel was clean and well-priced with helpful staff. The location was convenient, being close to both the train station and a superstore. the town was small but friendly.
The pub next door was a complete disaster. The service was slow and disorganised, with young staff seeming overwhelmed and uninterested.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn in Cobham for a family visit. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Even when faced with numerous complaints, the restaurant staff remained attentive and accommodating. Megan and the hotel manager were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide us with directions during a road closure and assisting us with a serious insect issue. the hotel, staff, and room met our requirements and we had a pleasant stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
